Adding and Editing Favourite Lists
Website favourites lists can now be managed in the
management portal. A favourites list can be put together for a single contact
on a retailer or all contacts on a retailer.
Where to find Favourites List
To navigate to Favourites Lists open the configuration
screen in the management portal and look under advanced features.
Favourites Lists Filters
To see all available
filters select More Filters to return to the starting screen select Less Filters.
New Favourite List
To set up a new Favourite list select new
favourite list highlighted below.
List Name
To name the favourites list use the name field below
highlighted in orange.
Top Tip- The Favourite List should be named something easy for the retailer to easily understand this is often quite different from the abbreviations used for the sales reps.
Sort Order
A sort order can be added to the Favourites list
using the field highlighted below. If no sort order is add the List will be
sorted alpha numerically.
Retailer Search
On the new screen search for the retailer, you
would like to set up the favourites list up for in the retailer field.
When the retailer field is populated a view
button will be activated to the left of the field giving a quick link to the
retailer details page.
Personal Favourite Lists
Each contact with website access can have separate
favourites lists. To select the favourites, use the drop down menu highlighted
below.
Shared Favourites lists
If a favourites list is applicable to all retailer
contacts to order from on the website check the Is Shared switch on. This will only
be shared to the retailer contacts for the retailer selected.
Adding Products to a Favourites List
Products can be added two ways to a favourite list;
- Type the product code or product name in the in the product field.
- Select more highlighted below and add products using the category tree.
- When using the category tree to enter products to the favourites list multiple products can be added by using the add button when a product has been added to the list the add button will no longer be visible. When you have completed adding products from this screen select close in the bottom right corner and you will be returned to the pervious screen.
Products can be added to the Favourites list from campaigns
by selecting Campaign in the top menu of the below screen.
Editing a Favourites List
Under the heading Actions you will find the edit function.
- The trash can icon will remove the item from the list
- The arrows move products up or down the list.
- The + will open the category tree product selector
with the product you clicked on will be in the centre of the screen.
Saving Favourites List
To save or save and close select the option required from
the top menu highlighted in the image below.
