This article provides a short walk-through tutorial on the steps required when creating a new Retailer Using the Inzant Sales Plus app.

In the top left of the screen tap the Retailer icon shown, it will open a list of previously added retailers.

Tap the plus icon in the top right of the work zone to add a New Retailer.

This will open a blank retailer ready for you to populate the information. To select a field Tap on it, and depending on the type of information required, either a keyboard, numeric keypad or a sector wheel will be displayed. The retailer information is divided into 9 separate sections, and not all fields are required, and not all fields are editable. Populate the information on a general tab first - Retailer Address and phone number.

Tap the Contacts icon to add contact information for a specific contact person, such as contact type, primary contact name, phone number and email.

Tap the supplier icon to enter supplier information such as internal account number, ABN and a list of all active suppliers and associated account numbers. If none appear by default you can add suppliers or assign a pricelist by tapping the Plus icon in the top right of the screen. A Supplier will be required for the Retailer to be able to order products, so don't forget this step.

Tap the Information icon to enter details such as the retailer type, retailer chain, availability, retailer grade, visit cycle and territory. Several of these fields are normally required.

Tap the Financials icon to enter financial details such as, terms, credit limit, account balance and custom fields.

If at any time you want to stop creating a new Retailer you can cancel process by tapping the 'X' in the top right hand corner of the screen.

To complete the creation process you can Tap the save icon in the top right of the screen. If you've missed any required fields during the creation process a small notification window will pop up letting you know which fields need to be completed. Populate these fields and tap the save icon again to save the Retailer. Once its been saved you can start an interaction and raise orders on this Retailer.
