Settings - Barcode Mappings

This guide discusses how to setup Barcode mapping for 2D barcode scanners and the iPad Camera. These are so you can scan either Products, see details and place an order, or customer details and have the information save from Tradeshow tags.

  1. Settings can be found by touching Utilities
 

  1. Touch settings in the drop down menu


  1. To open the barcode mappings set up touch on Barcode Mappings in the menu popover.


  1. Once open the Barcode Mapping will look as below.


  1. Proceed to scan in the details and use the drop down menus to label the field to match the scanned value to the Inzant field. You can use one of the supported Bluetooth scanners or the iPad Camera.
  2. To use the iPad Camera touch the Barcode icon at the top right of the popover screen.
  3. If you would like a field included in the search for customer, turn on the switch in the relevant row. 


Now you can simply scan 2D barcodes to search for customers and in required add new customers and have the information auto-populate.

When you Scan a product in Product or Order Mode the Product will appear giving you order options. Please see below.
