Video Guide - Management Portal - Product Bulk Export and Import

·       To bulk update your Product data you first need to get an export of the Product information from Inzant Sales. To do this you need to be logged into the Management portal, and open the Reporting screen.

·       Click on the “Export Reports” folder, and run the export report you need.

·       Once you have the report downloaded as an Excel file, jump in and make the necessary changes to your data. This might be changes to pricing, pricelist availability and categories or even adding new products into the system.

·       It’s important at this stage to not edit the order or number of columns, you should only be editing information for existing products or adding new products to the sheet.

·       Once this is complete, save the excel file as a CSV. To do this you’ll need to “Save As”, and make sure the file type is Comma delimited (.csv).

·       Now you have the file ready to go, jump back into the Inzant Sales management portal and open the Product screen. Click on the ellipsis icon in the top right and select “product upload”. This will open a popup where you can select the Import type you want to run, and then click Upload to select you file.

·       Once this is complete the import is put into the queue and should process in the next couple of minutes. You should receive an email notification when its complete with the results of the import.
