Managing Appointments
Call Schedule
Inzant allows you to view your daily schedule ( If / any appointments will show in the box) in simple detail from the home screen in the orange box highlighted.
Please note: (See below)
Events that are past the current date will show in RED
Events upcoming will show in black. (see below)
- Touch the 'Schedule' word to open the schedule/calendar with more detail.
You will now see the Apple iPad Calendar open in a separate window.
Adding Appointments
- To ADD an appointment, Touch the plus in the top right of the 'Schedule' box.
'New Event' window will pop show.
- Fill in the event information, then touch 'Add' in the top right of the window.
This even will now be found on the Inzant Home Screen Schedule as well as the iPad calendar.

The Schedule will be available to view from the Home Screen. The schedule is connected into the Calendar App on the device and will display the current days entries in the calendar.
