If you need to Clear and Reload the Media Files the process is quite straight forward. 

Usually you will only need to do this process on Inzant Support staff instruction.
  1. Touch the 'Utilities' icon in the top of Home Screen. 

  1. Touch Database Tasks

  1. Touch Clear and reload Media files
