Emailing Log Files
This article describes how to email diagnostic information to Inzant Support if requested.
To Email Log files to Support touch the 'Utilities' icon
- Touch 'Send Log Files'.
This will open the device Mail App with the information and log files already attached.
- Touch the Send button
If you do not use the device Mail App you will receive the following Error message and will need to use the Share Log Files option.
