Emailing sales orders and quotes

To email a sales order or quote first touch the PDF button while viewing an order or quote. You will be asked if you would like images included on your PDF this is up to your own preference or company policy, select either to proceed to the view the PDF. 



Here is the PDF viewer screen. To email the PDF touch the envelope icon. 




A drop down menu will appear. Here you can select the pages you would like to send by touching on the option appropriate. By touching page range you will be given the option to select the specific pages you would like to send. To change the email address you are sending the document to touch the email address listed, this will open another drop down menu.



Here you will see all the available options to sent the document to, the email addresses listed will be pulled from your retailer information to select an email address touch the X to turn it into a tick and to unselect an email address touch the tick to turn it in to a cross. To go back to the previous menu touch back. 



To send the email touch "email" at the bottom of the first drop down menu the following screen will pop up. To add a message touch in the email body to and they keyboard will appear, you can also change the subject and add a CC or BCC by touching the space next to these zones. Once you are happy with your email touch send and it will send.
