Generating Management Portal Reports
Inzant Sales provides three levels of reporting:
Search Screen Export capability.
- When using the Search Screens within the system, the More Options button provides the option to export the list data in a number of different formats.
- Using the Advanced Filtering and different Display Column Sets provides a super quick method of generating reports.
Management Portal Reporting Module
- The Reporting Module provides over 1000 different reports to access your data.
- Reports can be generated in a variety of file formats and provide a number of filtering options.
- Custom Reports can be created for use in the Reporting Module
PowerBI Reporting
- Where you require advanced reporting of you sales analytics, we provide an interface to PowerBI
- PowerBI provides you with a platform where you can "roll your own" reports and dashboards with slice and dice capability
This guide details how to use the Management Port Reporting Module
The Management Port Reports are available form the Side Bar menu.
- Click Reporting in the Side Bar menu
This will display the list of reports available in the system.
To assist with finding the reports you need, they are grouped into folders.
- Clicking on a folder will display the available reports in that folder in the Reports List
- To generate a report, click the edit icon (pencil) in the Actions column
This will display a popover that allows you to select filter values and the file type to be generated.
- Where a report is configured to use filters, they will be lists and can be changed for your needs.
Once you have set the filters as you require you can generate the report.
Depending on how the report is configured you may see a print option, or Export option, or both.
- Click Print if you would like to generate a printable PDF version of the report.
- If you would prefer to export the data to data file, click the Export button.
Clicking Print will load the PDF document in a new window where you can chose to Print it, or save the document.
Clicking the Export button will allow you to select the file type you would like the file created as.
- Select the File Type and the report will be created and downloaded to your device. It will normally appear in your Downloads folder.
