iOS 9.3 and 9.3.1 barcode scanning issues

We have been found some iOS devices are having issues connecting to Bluetooth barcode scanners once updated to iOS 9.3 or 9.3.1


This is an issue that Apple are working to resolve. We believe it will be addressed in the upcoming 9.3.2 release however in the meantime the attached document contains a workaround to resolve the issue.
