To add a new email address to the email notifications firstly go to configurations and select under the general heading email notifications At the top of the screen, you will see daily alerts If you want multiple people to have access to the daily alerts are separated by a semi colon For sales order confirmations you can add multiple email addresses separated a semi colon You can turn on who you would like to receive the email notifications, retailer, office rep or a combination of all three.
