Management Portal - Reset Password from Management Portal



To reset a customer’s password from the dashboard, navigate to the contact screen.
Find the contact that you would like to reset the password for you can either search in the search box by retailer name or contact name or look for through the more filters. I'm just going to reset this one so to reset I go to action column and click on the icon. A popover will open, go to the website tab, it shows in red the last login time for this user. You will see a large password reset button so all I must do is click on password reset and then click on okay You will see a green banner across the top of the screen this confirms the password reset has been successfully sent.
