Order Detail Screen

The Retailer Detail Screen allows you to view all the information associated with a Order.

This screen may be accessed from a number of locations in the App however once on the screen the operation is much the same.



Order Detail Buttons

At the top of the screen, 
  1. Close Button - this will close this display and return you to the previous screen
  2. Options Button - this displays the Options Menu with additional operations that are related to this screen


Options Menu

This screen may be cancelled by either, 
  1. Touching the Close button (X) 
  2. Swiping down on the screen
The Options Menu provides the following selections:
  1. View Order Notes - will display a screen with any notes that were entered for the order
  1. Create PDF
  2. Create PDF with Images
Both these options will create a PDF version of the Order than can be shared to customers via Email and other supported Share Applications



Order Detail Zones

Header Information Zone

When the screen is first loaded, the top part of the screen will display general information regarding the Order including:
  1. Order No.
  2. Customer Details
  3. Order Date
  4. Status
  5. Customer Reference No.
  6. Signature (if obtained)


If the order being viewed is in a state that allows editing , an Edit Order button is displayed in the Header zone.
  1. Touching the Edit Order button will change the screen to Edit mode.

Line Information Zone

The Bottom part of the screen will contain the order lines that are on the order in a scrollable list.
  1. The top of the Lines section will have a header row that details the heading of the columns.
  2. The rows below this contain al the products added to the order



Header / Lines Selector

There is a selector that allow you to change the screen so it will display the list of lines in a full screen view.


Context Menu

We have provided a Context Menu on the Order History screen to allow you to quickly access some functions that are on the Order Detail screen.

To Access the Contact Menu
  1. Long Touch the order row until you get the selected feedback (haptic tap and sound)
  2. Release the long touch

This will display the order touched and the options available.
  1. Touch the option to perform the function




Order Total and Summary


The Order Total is displayed at the bottom of the screen



If you touch on the Order Total, a popover screen will be presented that gives you additional information regarding the order in a summary format.
