Product Detail Screen
The Product Detail Screen allows you to view all the information associated with a Product.
This screen may be accessed from a number of locations in the App however once on the screen the operation is much the same.
Product Detail Buttons
At the top of the screen,
- Close Button - this will close this display and return you to the previous screen
- Options Button - this displays the Options Menu with additional operations that are related to this screen
Options Menu
This screen may be cancelled by either,
- Touching the Close button (X)
- Swiping down on the screen
The Options Menu provides the following selections:
- Email Overview
- Email Full Info
Both options allow you to email product information to a customer.
Please note the email content is configurable on a system by system basis.
Primary Image and Name
The middle section of the screen displays the primary Image and Name of the Product
Details List
The bottom section of the screen contains all of the additional information associated with the Product.
- This list is scrollable and information is grouped into categories.
- The Categories can expand to display all the information contained.
- Touching the header of a closed section will open the section to display the information,
- Touching the header of an open section will close the section.
Information Section
The information section displays information of a general nature about the product. Depending on the field enabled on your system it may look a little different
By default the Information section is opened when the screen is loaded.
Description Section
The description section provided additional information about a product.
Stocking Section
The Stocking section provides information related to Stocking levels and Product availability.
Pricing Section
The Pricing Section displays the Price List information for the Product. It also provides a link to display any Discounts that may be available for a Price List.
To display discount information
- Touch the Discounts button for the Price List
Touching the Discounts button will show the Discounts available, and the timeframe for any time sensitive discounting options
Dimensions Section
The Dimensions Section provides information related to the product size and mass.
Media Section
The Media section displays a thumbnail display and link to view any media loaded for the Product.
The first part of the media section display the product Images associated with the Product
Tapping the Product Images will display the Image in a full screen view.
- The full screen view is zoomable using the pinch and expand or contract method
The next part of the media section display the product PDF Attachments associated with the Product
Tapping the Product PDF Thumbnail will display the PDF document in a full screen view.
- You can swipe left and right to move through different pages
- There is a thumbnail view of the pages at the bottom of the screen that you can use to quickly scroll through all pages in the PDF
- The page is zoomable using the pinch and expand or contract method
- There is the option to Share the document using the Options menu.
The last section of the media section display a link to a Video that can be associated with a Product.
Touching on the link will display the Video in a full screen view
