Viewing Product Details and Media


This article describes how to display the products loaded on the iPad.

There are two methods to get to the product list. in this article we will go through both in detail. 

1.  Products can be accessed from the Inzant Home Screen.
  1. Touch the 'Products' button in the left of the screen.
You will now be able to view ALL products available to you (see below product layout screen example).



2. Using the Quicklinks menu
  1. Touch the 'Quick Links' drop down in the top right of the screen.


  1. Then touch 'Products' in the drop down menu. You will now be able to view ALL products available to you(see below product layout screen example).


 You will now be able to view ALL products available to you depending on which Mode is set.
 
At this time if you would like to change to a different mode you can. This allows you to change to displaying the Products will more detail or as Images. 
  1. To change the way you view the products, touch 'Mode'


Depending on how you system is reconfigured, the Product Detail screen columns may look slightly different. 
  1. Touch the information icon on the far left of the product line highlighted below.


  1. You will now be able to view the Product Information in easy to view graphs and Detailed Tabs.

Online Help

The Help link will provide you with online access to our knowledge base with the articles filtered in relevance.


From these buttons in the top left of the screen, you can Start a New Order, Email Product Overview or Email the full product Data.



  1. You may view the units sold by month in an easy to read Graph in the top right of the screen.


The Product Details Screen shows information tabs relating to the Product.
  1.  General Tab
The General Tab shows Product Code, Barcode, RRP and if the Product has been marked to appear in a custom field.



  1. Description Tab
The description Tab allows you to store information in relation to the product description.



  1. Stocking Tab
The stocking tab holds information such as Carton Quantity, minimum order quantity, stock on hand and the items OOS (Out of Stock) status.



  1. Pricing Tab
The pricing tab shows any Suppliers / Price lists that are set up for that product.

Touch the information icon along side one of the Price Lists to view the discretionary discount options.



  1. Discretionary Discounts
If more then one Discretionary discount is set for this product, the Start and if End date is set, will be shown here.



  1. Product Dimensions 
This section allows you to enter the Product dimensions including depth weight and height of the product. 



  1. Media Tab
Touch the 'Media' tab to view any media that has been saved for that product.



We allow up to five images, two associated PDF documents and one product video for each product. If they exist they will all be shown on the Media tab.
If you touch on the media items they will display in a viewer.
