Quick Guide - Retailer Merge

If you find that for some reason you have a customer duplicated in Inzant - no problem! We have a simple solution for this scenario called Retailer Merge. This process will allow you to merge the retailers order history onto one of the retailers, and automatically void the other.

The Retailer Merge is a Bulk Edit function on the Retailer Search screen.
  1. First you need to navigate to the retailer Search screen using the Side Bar menu
Once on the Retailer search screen, you will note there are checkboxs on every line.
  1. Select the retailers to merge (max 3 at a time).
Once you select the checkboxes the Bulk Edit button will automatically appear.
  1. Click the Bulk Edit Button
  2. Select Merge Retailers from the Dropdown list of options

This will load a screen that displays basic information from each Retailer along with call statistics to assist you determining which to keep.
  1. Click the circle above the details for the Retailer you wish to keep as the active Retailer. All other Retailers will be set inactive.
  2. Click the Merge button to complete the operation.
