Refreshing a Retailers History
When you initially load Inzant, your iPad will automatically download your Company's default set amount of History. History will be kept on the iPad going forward however if you want to look back further you can force the iPad to get all history for a retailer. This includes Call History, Order History and Task History.
- To View Retailer history that is older than what is currently available on the iPad, touch 'Refresh History' shown in the top right of the Retailer Home Details screen.
The iPad will begin to Sync aged Data.
Now the entire Call, Order and Task History record available for that Retailer will now be available to view in the History tabs.
