Generating Reports

Generating Reports

To access Reports, touch the 'Report' tab on the left of the Home Screen.

The reports pop-up window will appear. You will be able to view generic reports by category.
Touch on a category to open the file, showing all reports currently available to use.

To select a report to run, touch into the category field, then touch 'Select' along side the report name.
Example: 'Retailer Top Performance Review' selected.

The App will then change to the History mode with the filters automatically applied to display the information requested.
If you would like to "dig deeper" you can edit the filters further.

Now you will be able to view the full report.
Touch 'Retailer Totals' below to show different 'View Modes' . You will now view options to change the way the report is viewed.
Currently you are still viewing the top performers. You may view the list by :
  1. Order List
  2. Invoice List
  3. Order & Invoice
  4. Retailer Total
  5. Product Total

In this example, touch 'Retailer Totals'.

Now we have selected Retailer Totals, you can see the Retailer totals in descending order.
You may use the Filter section to find specific details or filter your current search.  You may search and filter the report by Retailer, Product or Orders.
Here is the guide explaining the Order History Filters in further detail.
Note: The report Total figure is located in the bottom left of the screen.
