You can find this information to view/edit in the 'Information' icon tab on the Management Portal. 

Tap on the arrow and select from each of the drop down list.

Retailer Types- Chemist, Gift Shop, Home or Service Station.

Retailer Chains- ABC Pharmacy Chain, Def Gift ware outlet, Independent.

Retailer Grades-A,B,C,D.

When you have finished editing, Tap the 'Save' Icon in the top right of the screen.
