Retailer Detail Screen

The Retailer Detail Screen allows you to view all the information associated with a Retailer.

This screen may be accessed from a number of locations in the App however once on the screen the operation is much the same.



Retailer Detail Buttons

At the top of the screen, 
  1. Close Button - this will close this display and return you to the previous screen
  2. Options Button - this displays the Options Menu with additional operations that are related to this screen


Options Menu

This screen may be cancelled by either, 
  1. Touching the Close button (X) 
  2. Swiping down on the screen
The Options Menu provides the following selections:
  1. New Order - this will create a new sales order and take you to the ordering screen
  2. New Goods Return - this will create a new return order and take you to the ordering screen
  1. Add a Call Note - this will create a new Call Note and take you the Call Note screen
  1. Order History - this will take you to the Order History screen filtered to previous order history for the Retailer
  2. Call History - this will take you to the Call History screen filtered to previous call history for the Retailer
  1. Edit Customer - this will put the screen in Edit mode so you can make changes to the Retailer data


The middle section of the screen displays the Retailer name and buttons for quick operations



Details List

The bottom section of the screen contains all of the additional information associated with the Retailer.
  1. This list is scrollable and information is grouped into categories. 
  2. The Categories can expand to display all the information contained.
  3. Touching the header of a closed section will open the section to display the information,
  4. Touching the header of an open section will close the section.

General Section

The information section displays information of a general nature about the retailer. Depending on the field enabled on your system it may look a little different
By default the Information section is opened when the screen is loaded.



Address Section

The address section lists the Street and Postal address of the Retailer. 



Contacts Section

The address section lists any Contacts associated with the Retailer. 
  1. Touching the blue Phone link will initiate a phone call to the listed number
  2. Touching the blue Email link will initiate an email to the listed email address
  3. Touching the information Icon will display the Contact Detail screen

Notes Section

The Notes section display general notes about the retailer. 
It is not recommended you use this for Call notes as these are handled by making Journal or call entries


Custom Section

The Custom Section displays any general Custom fields you have configured on your system



Group Section

The Group Section displays any Custom Group fields you have configured on your system



Accounts Section

The Accounts Section displays any links to Price Lists for the Retailer. It also provides a link to display any Brand Discounts that may be applied for the Retailer.
  1. If you are working as a Single Supplier system, then you will normally just see one Price List assigned here.
  2. If you are working as an Agent, then you will see links to all the Supplier Price Lists that the Retailer has access to.
To display discount information
  1. Touch the Discounts button for the Price List


Touching the Discounts button will show the Discounts to be applied for the Retailer.




Financial Section

The Financial Section displays financial information including outstanding balances etc.



Loyalty  Section

The Financial Section displays financial information regarding any Loyalty systems that have been integrated,



Edit Mode

To Edit a Retailer
  1. Touch  Edit Retailer from the Options Menus
  2. The screen will change to allow you to enter or change fields that are editable on Mobile devices
  3. The Options Menu link will also change to display the Save Icon
Note: the fields adjustable on mobile devices is configurable, so you may not be able to change all fields



Accounts 

When in Edit Mode a Button is inserted into the Accounts Section Header that allows you to Add a new Account.
  1. To Add a new Account 
  2. Touch the Add Button
  3. Select the Price List to Add
  1. When in Edit mode you can also Delete existing Price Lists.
  2. You can also also move them up and down to change the priority the Price List will be applied when assigning Suppliers Price Lists and wholesale pricing


Contacts

When In Edit Mode a Button is inserted into the Contacts Section Header that allows you to Add a new  Contact.
  1. To Add a new Account 
  2. Touch the Add Button
This will open the Contact Detail screen to allow you to complete the configuration 




To Complete the Edit operation you need to touch the Save icon.



Closing before Saving

If you touch the Clone button before Saving a Retailer, a prompt will be presented allowing you to Save the changes or close and dismiss the changes
