Reviewing and Adding New Pricing Rules

Reviewing and Adding New Pricing Rules

Inzant Sales includes a powerful pricing rules module to allow the entry of special pricing on products, either individually specified or by grouping methods.

The pricing Rules within the system can be viewed by:

  1. Click Configuration in the Side Bar menu
  2. Click Pricing Rules in the Advanced Features section

Once the Pricing Search screen has loaded, you will see all the configured rules in the system.

The top section of the Search screen allows you to filter the rules types to narrow down the list of rules.
You can use the More Filters button to display a more complete list of filter fields.

To view a rule, click the pencil icon.

This will display the detailed information of the rule.

There are two tabs on this screen.

The Details tab allows you to configure the Rule type and the parameters relevant  to the rule.

The Publish tab allows you to control when the rule is in use.

The rule can also be deactivated, (and reactivated) using the header buttons.

To create a new Price Rule.
  1. Click the New Pricing Rule button on the Pricing Search screen

This will create a blank rule that you can add details to.
Note: the parameters will not be present until you select a rule type.
After completing the parameters click the Save button to save the configuration.
