Sending Log Files

Go to the SYNC STATUS page 

Touch on the EMAIL LOG FILES button


An email will pop briefly outline the problem you are experiencing including:

  1. Retailer details
  2. Function you are performing eg adding product on stock count screen
  3. Time of event
  4. Press send.

The email will come through to the Inzant support team.
