Settings - Call Mode


This settings allows access to advanced call management features.

  1. Settings can be found by touching Utilities 




  1. Then touching Settings in the drop down menu



  1. Touch on Utilities/ Settings /Call mode
If you just need to take orders and do not need the advanced call management features we suggest you use Basic. 
However if you use Tasks, surveys and Advanced Call Management features you will need to use the Advanced setting.



  1. Once in Call Mode Select either Advanced or Basic. You can also cancel the action.
