Submitting A Goods Return Order

This is a Quick Guide On Submitting a Goods Return Order on the iPad.

  1. Log onto the Inzant Sales Plus App and select the Retailer. Tap the Interactions Icon in the top right of the screen. You will see a dropdown box, Tap 'New Return' to Start. adding items.

  1. To start your Goods Return Order. Tap the 'Add Items' Icon Highlighted.



  1. To search products click the search bar on the left column of the screen. Using the list you can see what has been previously ordered. Tap the Quantity box next to each product, and the Numeric Keypad will appear, select and press 'Done'.  After you have selected all the Products and amounts for the Goods Return, tap the 'Order Tick' Icon highlighted.


  1. Now you will be able to view your Goods Return Review, Tap the 'Cloud" Icon at the top of the page to submit your order.


  1. To Complete your transaction, Tap the interaction Icon highlighted, then Tap 'Complete and Upload'.
