Taking An Order Using Item Image Display Mode

This is a quick guide on taking an order using 'Image Display Mode' 

To start your order, Tap the interaction button highlighted in the top right of the screen, Next tap 'New Order'.


Next select the Order Mode you would like displayed, Select the 'Add Items' highlighted below. 


Tap the 'Line' Icon highlighted in the top right of the screen to bring the image details from line view to block view. 


At any time you may view the products in line view again by tapping the icon highlighted below.


You may view the images from 1 to 8 Products per page.
To change the amount of products shown at any one time, click the 'Image' icon highlighted in the top right of the screen. Swipe sideways to scroll the products.


To ADD Items, tap the plus icon highlighted and it will add ONE of the items to the order. Using this method, if you would like to order 5 of any item, you would need to press the plus five times until the value on screen is correct.  Using the Calculator in the next step is easier for ordering large amounts of products. 


Tap on the empty square highlighted and the Calculator will appear, manually select the desired amount and tap Done.


Product and Supplier Details may also be viewed by clicking on the highlighted square shown below. Some things included are Product codes, stock on hand, custom fields, supplier details and additional product images.


You may also post a note on any product you wish to order by tapping the highlighted box shown below.


When you have finished selecting products for your order, tap the order review button in the top right of the screen. 


Next you will see the Order Review screen, to submit the order for processing, tap the cloud icon shown below.


To finalise and submit your order for processing select the date for processing, enter your customer reference number, sign and tap Submit.
