Triggering an Import from MYOB AccountRight

With the latest MYOB AccountRight integration you can easily trigger a Product, Retailer, Pricing or Associated Order import at any time.

You will need to;

1. Log into the Inzant Sales Management Client
   

1. Navigate to the Configuration Screen by Clicking Configuration in the Side Bar Menu
   
2. Navigate to the Scgheduled Task Screen by Clicking Scheduled Tasks in the Advanced Features Section

This will display the List of Scheduled Tasks configured on your system.

Any Tasks that are demandable will have a Run Task button to allow you to execute them.

To Run a MYOB Import:

1. Click the Run Task Button for the Import you need
   

If you refresh the screen, the Task will indicate it is Scheduled to run.

Tasks are executed every minute, so that is all you need to do, however if you would like to check the task has run, you can refresh the screen.

1. After it has run The Scheduled to Run entry will change back to the next scheduled run time.
   

Once you've done this, the import will start in around a minute, and take a further 5 - 10 minutes to complete depending on the size of the MYOB database.

After this you should be fine to sync your iPads to view the new content on the website.
