Reactivating a Retailer (Un-Void)

Reactivating a Retailer (Un-Void)

Reactivating retailers in Inzant Sales is only possible from the Management Portal so you will need Admin user privileges to be able to login and perform edits of this nature.

Once logged in, navigate to the Retailer Search screen
  1. Click Retailers in the Side Bar menu.
  2. As the Retailer is Inactive it Won't be displayed in the normal list
    1. Click on More Filters to display the advanced filtering options
    2. Click on the Active/Inactive Filter and select either Inactive or All Retailers.
    3. You can also use other filters to assist refining the list
    4. Click the Search Button
This will display retrieve the inactive Retailers in the system. The inactive Retailers will have a trash can icon next to the Account Number.
  1. Find the Retailer you want to reactivate
  2. Click the Edit button (pencil) to display the Retailer Detail screen for the retailer.



On the Retailer Detail screen,
  1. Click the Activate Button.



This will set the Retailer to Active however you will need to Save the retailer to complete the action
  1. Click Save (or Save & Close) to complete the operation

This will cause the page to close and return you to the Retailer Search screen. All Done!
