User Search - Advanced Search

The User Search screen supports an advanced search option. This is enabled by clicking “More Filters”.

Once the Advanced Search is active the following search parameters are displayed:
  • Text Search
  • User Status drop-down selection
  • User Type drop-down selection
  • Assigned Sales Territory Multi Select

The text you enter will only perform a search on the Role“Name” field. The Search will handle partial matches.

User Status drop-down selection

The User status drop-down allows you to select one of the following options- “All Roles”, “Active Roles” or “Inactive Roles”.

User Type drop-down selection

The User Type drop-down allows you to select one of the following options- “All User Types”, “Device”, “Admin”, “Dual Access”, “EDI Hub”, “ScanPack” and “Website”.

User Status drop-down selection

The Assigned Sales Territory Multi Select option allows you to select several of the currently configured Sales Territories in your Inzant Sales system. When the Search is done only users who are assigned to these territories will be included in the search results.

To run the search after making selections in all required parameters click the “Search” button. The results returned will only be those records that meet criteria for all search parameters. To exclude a parameter from further filtering the results, leave it blank.

Advanced Search in Responsive (Mobile) Mode

The Advanced Search functions just as well on responsive mobile or tablet screen sizes as it does on a desktop. All buttons and navigation flows are exactly the same as in desktop display, with the only difference being the form elements stacked vertically instead of horizontally.
