Using Notifications to contact the Sales team
If you need to relay information to the sales team en masse then you can using the Notifications within Inzant Sales.
This allows you to enter a single notification, and it will automatically be distributed to all users and displayed on the iPad / Dashboard when they next sync or login.
To see and edit the notification, select Dashboard from the Side Bar Menu.
This will load the Dashboard screen which included the Notification message zone. There is also an edit icon (pencil) provided to make modifications to the Notification.
- To Edit the Notification, click the Edit button
This will display the Notification Edit popover.
- You can make any changes required to the Notification message
- When complete, click Update to save the changes
Job done! during their next sync the iPad users will get this message, and it will be displayed on their iPad landing screen.
Management Portal users will see the message immediately when they reload their dashboard screen.
