Visit Inzant Support

This option provides a link to our online support system. It provides access to the product knowledge base, support ticketing system and also allows you to start a chat session with our support team.

  1. To access the Support portal, touch the Utilities icon in the top right of the screen


  1. Touch Visit Inzant Support


This will display the support system popover display.

From here you can:
  1. Open and view the knowledge base articles, by touching the Knowledge Base panel
  2. Open the ticketing system, to raise a new ticket, by touching Submit Ticket
  3. Open a chat session with out support team, by touching the Chat Icon (bottom centre of screen)
