Converting a quote to an order
- To find a Quote you have previously made go to the home screen by touching the information button and you will see "Quotes summary" as an option in the menu bar on the left menu.
- This is the Quote Summary report screen here you can see all quotes you have raised touch the quote you would like to convert to open it.
- This is an open quote by touching the pencil icon you can edit the quote to add or minus items, or change quantities.
- To upload the quote as an order you must be in the edit mode by touching the pencil icon. Once you are in the edit mode you will see the below screen to upload the Quote as an order press the upload to cloud button
- To submit the order as a delayed order touch delayed and select the correct date, to submit the order for todays date select today. Touch submit to complete the order and submit it to the cloud.
