This freight rule is designed to apply a basic flat percentage rate to all orders raised in the system. This rule doesn’t apply in conjunction with other freight rules. The following attribute is available on each rule;

• Percentage based freight charge
  
• Applies a simple flat % rate to the order – viewable on Cart and Checkout screens by the user.
