For most of our customers tradeshows are a yearly staple in the calendar. The one common theme seems to be that having either a couple of a whole heap of additional users for either a few days or the duration of the month is a requirement. With this in mind we've put together this brief checklist of tasks you need to do in Inzant to increase your user count for the duration of a tradeshow;
Before the Show
Increase your license count
You'll first need to increase your subscription count for device users.
Here is a quick guide on this process. Don't forget to reduce the subscription license count again after the show!
Add New Users (or reactivate existing ones)
Next you'll need to either add new users or reactivate existing users.

Important Note: Make sure to assign the user(s) the appropriate sales territories!
Download & Syncing Inzant Sales onto your devices
After configuring each user you'll then be able to download Inzant Sales Plus (or tradeshow) onto a device and link it to your system.
Here is a quick guide on this process.
Please be mindful that if you are reactivating users, you'll first need to remove any existing devices before you can link a new one,
here is a brief overview on the linked devices screen.
After the Show
Before performing any of the below functions, make sure that all users you are hoping to remove from your subscription have synced all their orders and finished creating any new customers or quotes. If they have incomplete information on their device when you deactivate the user it could be lost.
Deactivate any excess users
Before you can reduce your licenses, you'll first need to deactivate all the users you no longer want to pay for.
Here is a quick guide on this process.
Decreasing your license count
Now you can decrease your subscription licenses to the appropriate level.

Important Note: Your subscription level is your responsibility to manage, please do not forget to either increase or decrease the subscription license count appropriately.
