            Task Management

            Tasks

            Tasks refers to a list of activities that iPad users are either obliged or encouraged to complete during customer visits or calls.

            In Inzant Sales Plus there are 2 types of Tasks available:

            • Surveys – Ask questions to gain further insight into customers
            • Promotions – Ensure that all customers are being shown relevant Campaigns

            All Tasks can also be filtered  to only be seen by certain customer groups.

             
              Surveys


            Surveys are a method of gathering information from customers. This information is collected through use of standardised question types so that every task response is captured and reported in the same way. It is also possible to attach a campaign to a question.

            Walkthrough – Creating a Survey

            1. Open the Tasks Screen  and select the “Add” icon. 
            2. Fill in the following fields Name, Description and Sort Order.

            3. Under the “Type” Selector box, select “Survey”.
            4. Then select whether the task is “Required” or not, then select whether there is a trigger to start the survey on the App, either at the start or the end of an interaction. Then select either “Yes” or “No” under the Published field to make it visible to iPad users.

            5. Add the questions you wish to appear on your survey by selecting the “Add” icon. 

            6. Select “Save”.  

             
             

            There are multiple question types available:

            I. Dropdown Selection – A list that allows the user to choose one value from the list to answer the question asked. Answer values should be carriage return (line feed) separated.

            II. Free Text Response – This option allows the user to use the keyboard on the iPad to manually type in any response they choose.

            III. Image Capture – Requires the user to access the Camera on their iPad to take a picture in response to the prompt in the Survey. 

            IV. Numeric – This option displays a numeric keypad to ensure the user enters a numerical figure in response to the survey question.

            V. Promotion – Requires the user to present a PDF document loaded into Inzant to the Customer and displays as “Viewed” or “Unviewed”. 

            VI. Radio Button – The radio button supports up to three 3 responses for the question using a simple checkbox method. Answer values should be carriage return (line feed) separated.

             

            Promotions

            A Promotions task is a way to ensure that all customers are aware of current campaigns. Promotions link to a campaign in Inzant and can be set to be mandatory i.e. at each visit an iPad user is forced to show the promotion before they can submit any orders on the interaction.  

            NOTE: Only 1 item can be added to a promotion type task


             Walkthrough – Creating a Promotion

            1.  Open the Tasks Screen and select the “Add” icon.   
            2. Fill in the following fields Name, Description and Sort Order
            3. Under the “Type” Selector box, select “Promotion”.
            4. Then select whether the task is “Required” or not, then select whether there is a trigger to start the survey on the App, either at the start or the beginning of an order. Then select either “Yes” or “No” under the Published field.
            5. Add the Promotion you wish to appear by selecting the “Add” icon. 
            6. Under "Question Type" select "Promotion"
            7. Add a "Description" for the Promotion under "Question"
            8. Select the required Promotion under "Campaign"
            9. Close the window then Select “Save”.
