            Triggering a Manual Sync

            If you want to receive updates on your iPad throughout the day to Product, Retailer or Campaign information you'll need to trigger a manual sync.

            To perform a manual sync you first need to make sure you are on the Sync Status screen. To do this;
            1. Tap on the Information icon in the top left corner of the screen
            2. Tap on the "Sync Status" tab in the left sidebar
            3. Tap on the Sync icon in the top right corner of the screen (yellow and blue arrow icon).
            This will start the normal sync window up, and when its complete you should have all the latest information.
