Making a Retailer Inactive (Void)
Voiding retailers in Inzant Sales is only possible from the Management Portal so you will need Admin user privileges to be able to login and perform edits of this nature.
Once logged in, navigate to the Retailer Search screen
- Click Retailers in the Side Bar menu.
- Find the Retailer you want to set inactive
- Click the Edit button (pencil) to display the Retailer Detail screen for the retailer.
Once you've opened the Retailer Detail screen,
- Click the Deactivate Button to set the Retailer inactive
After setting the Retailer Inactive you will be returned to the Retailer Search screen. All done!
