Checking Order History for a retailer
To view Order history of a retailer go to the specific retailer and touch the "Orders" icon.The "Order History" screen shows previous orders, quotes, pending orders, and goods returns for as far back as your system is configured for. Most systems are not limited however some can be depended on your businesses requirements. If you do require more history and your system is limited you can get all history by touching "Get all history" at the bottom of the screen.

You can filter out your view by selecting from the filters; Orders, Returns, Quotes, Pending and Current. This will allow you to only see a specific type of Order. Once you filter your list you will see the State will all say the same thing as well as the icons will all match. below is an example of filtering to only see Orders.
When looking at your Order history you can view individual orders, touch "view" and you will be asked if you would like to view the order with images or without or to cancel this action.
When viewing an order you can email or print the order by touching the print and email icons or press done to go back to the order history screen.
In the order history screen you can also view returns. When viewing quotes or pending orders from this screen you have the option to edit the order or convert the quote to an order by touching the edit button.
From here you will be taken to the order review screen where you can edit the order by touching the "edit" icon.
