On the StockCount Order mode there are 8 columns of information displayed on each product row. This information relates to products being "Ordered" (O) or "Stock counted" (S). Ordered refers to the the quantity of the item that was actually ordered, and Stock Counted refers to how many items were entered as being in stock. The (S) column (Stock Counted) will only be populated if you use Auto calculated Level based ordering, please see our detailed Stock Level Ordering guide on this topic.
At any given time you have the option of changing the columns displayed in the table to show a different time range. By default the page will load with "Last 3 Orders", which displays the latest 3 orders from the customer, and one placed a year ago. This mode displays both (S) and (O) columns for each order.
The other options to display are;
- Last 4 Orders (displays both S & O)
- Last 4 Weeks (displays both S & O)
- Note: a week is a calendar week from Sunday to Saturday, the previous week will be the previous calendar week, not the last 7 days from today, or this week to date.
- Last 8 Orders (displays only O)
- Last 8 Weeks (displays only O)
- Note: a week is a calendar week from Sunday to Saturday, the previous week will be the previous calendar week, not the last 7 days from today, or this week to date.
- Last 8 Months (displays only O)
- Note: a month is a calendar month, the previous month will be the previous calendar month, not the last 30 days from now, or this month to date.
Note that for all week or month options, if multiple orders are placed during a single period (week or month) then the order quantities will be aggregated & displayed as a single total figure.
Associated Orders
Associated Orders can also be displayed in this view. An Associated order is an order thats been imported into Inzant to complete the customers order history. Typically they represent Invoices, and allow the rep to flick between what was Ordered previously, versus what was Invoiced (shipped) - so provide visibility of any stock replacements, items put onto back orders or total/partial order cancellations.
The options to display associated orders are;
- Last 8 Orders (displays only O)
- Last 8 Weeks (displays only O)
- Note: a week is a calendar week from Sunday to Saturday, the previous week will be the previous calendar week, not the last 7 days from today, or this week to date.
- Last 8 Months (displays only O)
- Note: a month is a calendar month, the previous month will be the previous calendar month, not the last 30 days from now, or this month to date.
Saving a Favourite Column Set (time selection)
If you have a filter you always use, then you can change the system to always load that by default;
- Close Inzant Sales and open the "Settings" Application on your iPad.
- Scroll down the left sidebar zone until you see "Inzant Sales Plus" (tap on it)
- Tap on "Stock Count History Type" (under the "Order Settings" heading)
- Set the option to be your favourite choice.
- Navigate back into Inzant Sales, onto the Sync Status screen, tap the "Shutdown app" button (first button in the buttons displayed in the right side of screen).
This will shut down inzant, however as soon as you reopen the app it will respect your new favourite order mode setting. See screenshots on this process below.
