Order History Search Screen

The Order History Screen allows you to review history and report on ordering processes. This article describes how to use the Order History screen.

Accessing the Order History Screen

  1. To Access Order History touch the 'Quick Links' drop down menu in the top left of the screen. 



  1. Touch 'Order History' in the drop down menu.



Order History Search Screen - Filtering 

Filters are provided for Order specific, Retailer Specific and Product Specific purposes. All the filters are cumulative so it is possible to "zero" in on the reporting requirements you may have.

Order Specific Filtering 

The top row of filters relate to Order Specific filters, the Category Zone is replaced with a date selection.
Date selection can be set to filter in two modes.
  1. When orders were placed
  2. The actual Order date on the order
There are a number of preset date selectors and also the option to set a custom date range.
  1. To apply a date filter touch on the Order filter selector 'All Dates'.  
This drop down menu will appear giving you date range options.



You will now be able to select to view your orders by the Placed date (Completed the Order), Ordered date (Started the Order) or All dates.



The pop-over will appear showing Date ranges. There is now an option to view by custom date range.



Filter options related to Order Specific fields can be set using the Filter zone
  1. Touch on the 'Filter: All' selector.
This drop down menu will appear giving options to filter Order fields, touching the field will display the options.



The Sort field allows the Order listing to be sorted a variety of ways. 
  1. Touch 'Sort' to view the order in which you would like the list shown by. 
Depending on what view mode is selected, different sort options may be provided.



Retailer Specific Filtering 

The Retailer Specific selections operate similar to the Retailer Search Screen with one difference.
The Search Icon raises the Retailer Selector Popover where you can select an individual Retailer to report on.

Filter options related to Order Specific fields can be set using the Filter zone
  1. Touch on the 'Filter: All' selector. This drop down menu will appear giving options to filter Retailer fields, touching the field will display the options.



Product Specific Filtering 

The Product Specific selections operate similar to the Product Search Screen with one difference. 
The Search Icon raises the Product Selector Popover where you can select an individual Product to report on.

  1. Touch the Category filter to show the different product categories.

 

  1. Touch 'Filter;All' to set product filters




Viewing and Summary Options

  1. Touch 'Order List' to show the list viewing options.



In the drop down menu, you can select to view the Order History by the following options below. 




Viewing Order Details 

  1. Touch the Information icon or blue link field to view the actual order details.  



You will now be able to view the selected Order Summary screen.
