FAQ's

FAQ's

Frequently Asked Questions are managed via the FAQ’s tab on the CMS menu.

FAQ Categories
FAQ categories must first be configured so that FAQ’s can be assigned to a category (this process is the same as creating Article categories). In the public website widget the categories will be displayed as tabs in a left menu. The order of the categories is managed by modifying the “Sort Order” field on each category.

  1. Creating an FAQ requires the following fields;
  2. Category – Selected from the list of configured categories.
  3. Frequently Asked Question – The question that appears for the user to view, simple text.
  4. Sort Order – defines in which order the FAQ’s appear in the list (by category).
  5. Published – determines if the FAQ is viewable or not.
  6. Answer – Rich text answer to the question, allowing links and complex formatting. See a quick guide on using the CK Editor tool Here.
