Task List Search Screen
Inzant Sales provides the ability to setup Tasks for device users to complete. The Task List Search screen displays all the Tasks currently setup in the system and allows you to generate new tasks.
There are two types of Tasks that can be created in the system. Both types of Tasks are managed using this screen.
- Surveys
- Promotions
To Display thee Task List search screen
- Click Tasks in the Side Bar Menu to display the Task screens
- Then Click Task Configuration to display the Task List Search screen
This will display the Task List Search screen.
This screen is formatted similar to all other Search screens in the Management Portal
The Top section of the screen provides the New Task Button which allows you to add new Tasks to the system.
The More Options button which provides different Display Options and the ability to export the displayed list to different file types.
Below this is the Search Zone. The Basis search allows you to search on the name of tasks, to quickly filter the list of Tasks.
To display the Advanced Filters
- Click the More Filters button
This adds additional Filters to the display so you can narrow down the list of Tasks to a finer degree.
To filter the list
- Set the Filter values accordingly
- click the Search button
The remainder of the Screen displays the actual list of Tasks
Bulk Edit selectors are provided on each row and the Edit button (pencil) will allow you to see the details of each configured Task
To view or edit a Task's configuration
- Click the Edit Button in the Actions column for the Task you wish to view.

This screen provides the ability to Clone a Task if you need to create a very similar Task.
To Clone a Task
- Select the Bulk Edit chechbox for the Task you wish to Clone
- This will automatically display the Clone button
- Click the Clone button
This will create a new Task and automatically display the Details screen for you to complete the creation of the new Task.
The screen also provides the ability to Bulk Edit a number of Tasks at once.
To Bulk Edit Tasks
- Select the Bulk Edit chechboxs for the Task you wish to Edit
- This will automatically display the Bulk Edit button
- Click the Bulk Edit button
This will display a popover which allows you to select the Data Field you wish to Edit.
- Select the Field to Edit
This will then add another field that you can select the new value to be applied to all selected Tasks
- Select the new value
- Click the Update button
This will apply the changes.
