Adding or Editing Retailer Contacts

Adding or Editing Retailer Contacts

Within Inzant Sales Retailers represent the customers you will be visiting and selling to, and Contacts represent the people you interact with whilst dealing with the Retailer. Contacts are stored and managed on the Retailers screen, under the "Contacts" tab.

To add or edit a Contact you'll first need to put the Retailer into Edit mode, so tap on the pencil icon in the top right hand corner or the screen.

The "Contact Type" is a required field, so please ensure this is always filled out for any Contacts you add.

Once this is selected, details about each contact are then able to be added or edited, including;
  1. Name (First name + Surname)
  2. Position title
  3. Email Address
  4. Business phone
  5. Mobile
  6. Fax
  7. D.O.B.
  8. Address
  9. Social media accounts
To fill this information in tap on the field and type in the information, then tap on the next field (etc.).

Progress through the different tabs to fill in additional information. Note that the Address and Social tabs are not required (so they can be left blank).

The last tab is the website access tab, which allows (or disables) website access for the contact. You can manage a contacts website access right from within the app. Here is a guide covering this process in more detail: Configuring retailers for website access (from iPad)

Once you are finished adding or editing the retailer don't forget to tap the "Save" or "Upload" icon in the top right of screen to save your changes.
