Database Task - Clear and Reload the Database
If you need to Clear and Reload the Database the process is quite straight forward.
Usually you will only need to do this process on Inzant Support staff instruction.
- Touch the 'Utilities' icon in the top of Home Screen.
- Touch 'Database Tasks' in the drop down list.
- Touch 'Clear and reload the entire Database'.
- You will need to confirm this operation.
- On confirming the operation, the App will automatically start resyncing all information.
