Getting Started - Loading the App

This article describes how to install the Inzant Sales App and connect it to your system.

Note: This version is currently in Beta test, if you would like access, please contact support.
  1. Go to the App Store, the App logo is highlighted below.



  1. Search the store for Inzant Sales.
  2. Download Inzant Sales.
Depending on whether you have downloaded the App previously or not, you may have to touch on Get or the Cloud icon to re-download the App.
  1. When the download is complete, you can open the Inzant Sales App by touching OPEN



  1. If this is the first time downloading Inzant you will see this pop-up. 
  1. Enter your Subscriber (Company), User name, password and touch 'Join'.
Your office staff can supply you with all these details.



  1. Please allow the data to Sync onto the iPad, this may take some time depending on the amount of Data that is downloading. 
Please keep the iPad screen active while the information downloads. It is also a good idea to plug the iPad into its charger while the download proceeds.



  1. When this is complete you will have access to your company's system. 
One important thing to Note is we provide links to the knowledge base from the App.
The link on each screen will be the question mark, please see the example on the home screen below.
