Quick Guide Reporting - Stockist

The set of Stockist's reports allows you to drill down into the products that retailers, and groups of retailers are actually stocking (and not stocking). This enabled you to make better strategic decisions on Marketing and Sales processes.
  1. Click on Reporting in the Side Bar Menu to see the available reports.
  2. Click the Stockist folder to list all the product reports
  3. Click the edit icon in the Actions column to show the report popover.


There are a number of Stockists reports that give a slightly different view of the underlying data.

These report provides a filter where you can select the Product and customer information to analysis, or leave selected as all.
  1. Select the appropriate filter values
  2. Click Export and select a file type to download a file. 
The file will be created and downloaded




Example of Export as TXT

'Stockist - Quantity Sold' and 'Stockist - Stock Count'
These reports are similar to the stockist report, however specified information is based on what is either sold or still being held in the Retailers stock.
