Role Search - Advanced Search

The Role Search screen supports an advanced search option.This is enabled by clicking the “More Filters”. Once the Advanced Search is active the following search parameters are displayed;

• Text Search
  
• Role Status dropdown selection
  

Text Search

The text you enter will only perform a search on the Role“Name” field. The Search will handle partial matches.

Role Status drop-down selection

The Role status drop-down allows you to select “All Roles”,“Active Roles” or “Inactive Roles”.

To run the search after making selections in both parameters click the “Search” button. The results returned will only be those records thatmeet criteria for all search parameters.

Advanced Search in Responsive (Mobile) Mode

The Advanced Search functions just as well on responsive mobile or tablet screen sizes as it does on a desktop. All buttons andnavigation flows are exactly the same as in desktop display, with the only difference being the form elements are stacked vertically instead of horizontally.
