Booking a New Call

In this guide we will explain the two different ways to book a New Call.

To be able to book calls for retailers, you will need to have the 'Advanced Call Mode' function ON.
To turn on this function please see the following guide on Call Settings.

1. Touch new call on the left of the home screen.



Select the Retailer from the pop-over menu.



2. Second Option: Touch the 'Quick Links' in the top left of the screen.



 In the drop down menu touch 'New Call'.



You will now be able to view the Call Management Screen.
