Adding Notes to Orders

This article describes how to add Notes to an order for both the complete order (i.e. general notes) and also individual lines on an order (i.e. product specific).

Order Notes 

You can add a note to the order in different stages of placing the order. 
  1. Touch 'Notes' in the bottom left of the screen.

  1. Type the Order Note into the Note field, then touch the save. 

Line Notes 

  1. You can add a line note by swiping right on the product you would like to add a note to.

  1. You can now add a line note on this product., touch Save when finished. 


Journal Notes

  1.  You can add notes relating to the Retailer. Touch 'Journal in the bottom left of the screen to Add a Journal Note.
