This article describes how to manage retailer contacts.

  1. To add or edit a contact first touch on the retailer field


  1. Touch on the i Icon on the retailer line highlighted below


  1. Touch on the Contact link


  1. To edit a contact touch on Edit Retailer


  1. To add a new contact touch on the Plus icon


  1. All required fields have "This is a required field" in red text filling in these fields is the minimum you can do to create a new contact. 


  1. Once the General information is complete touch on Address link in the menu


  1. To copy the address from the retailer or from postal to street use the "Copy From" function to eliminate extra typing.


  1. Social Media links can also be added on a contact.


  1. Website user names and passwords can be assigned to a contact touch on website in the menu


  1. Check the Website access box to enable website access


  1. All website user names MUST be a unique email. Add the users email to the user name field


  1. To send an initial password or a password reset check the password reset field
 
  1. When you have added or edited all the contact information touch on Save


  1. If you have missed filling in a required field a popover message will appear and list the fields to be completed to enable the new information to be saved.
