Creating a Journal Note
This article describes how to create a journal (or Call) note.
To Create a Journal Note on a Retailer, select the retailer you would like to leave a note on.
- Touch 'Retailers' on the left of the Homes Screen.
- Select the Retailer by touching the Information icon along side the retailers name.
You will now view the Retailer Details screen.
- Touch 'Journal Note' to add a Note.
- You will now see the Journal Entry dialogue box. Enter your Journal note on the Retailer and touch 'Save'.
To view Journal Entries:
- Touch the 'Call History' Tab in the top of the screen.
You will now view all the interactions and types that have been made with that retailer and can see the Journal Notes that has been previously made for example in the drop down list.
- To see the Journal Entry in full, touch the Information icon.
You will now be able to view the Journal note details.
- To leave the Call Management Screen, touch the X in the top right.
